A residential complex with 11 buildings will be built in Sokilnyk, near King Cross Leopolis.

In Sokilnyk, near the King Cross Leopolis shopping mall and "Epitsentr," a residential complex S-10, consisting of 11 buildings and over a thousand apartments, is planned. The construction is being carried out by the limited liability company "Globus i K," which was founded at the beginning of 2026. The first building is scheduled to be completed in 2029.

In Sokilnyk, on General Tarnavsky Street, 4, on the exit from Lviv, the construction of the S-10 residential complex has begun. According to information on a real estate search platform, the project involves the construction of 11 buildings, each 6-8 stories high, with 1133 apartments in the first eight buildings. It is estimated that the new residential complex will be able to accommodate approximately three thousand people.

The residential complex is planned to have underground and guest parking, shelters, as well as backup power for residents. The area around the buildings will include playgrounds and areas for recreation and sports. Currently, one building is in the preparatory phase, while others are in the design phase. The first building is scheduled to be completed in 2029.

There are no public schools or kindergartens within walking distance of the residential complex, so residents' children will need to commute to school in Lviv. The construction is being carried out by the limited liability company "Globus i K", registered in Lviv at the beginning of 2026. The beneficial owner of the company is Volodymyr Fenik, and the founder is the closed, non-diversified venture corporate investment fund "Magistrat Invest".

The S-10 residential complex is located in the area of the Danil Halych International Airport in Lviv, which means it is in the flight path used by aircraft for landing. Residents of Sokilniki are already experiencing the consequences of rapid development, including a shortage of places in daycare centers, problems with sewage, water supply, and parking.
