In Lviv, the former railway hospital building will be used to establish a Mental Health Center.
The Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University has announced a tender for major renovations of premises in the building of the former railway hospital on Ohiienko Street, 5. The university's Mental Health Center will be located there. The estimated cost of the work is 14,4 million UAH.
The Lviv National Medical University named after Danylo Halytskyi has announced a tender for major renovations of premises in the main hospital building on Ohiienka Street, 5, where a university mental health center will be established.
The estimated cost of the work is 12 million UAH without VAT, which, taking into account the tax, amounts to almost 14,4 million UAH. The funding will be provided from the university's own funds and the local budget.
The project involves a complete renovation and restoration of the building, as well as a full upgrade of the infrastructure, including heating, water supply, sewage, lighting, ventilation, and fire alarm systems. It also includes replacing windows and doors and installing a lift for people with disabilities.
The building on Ohiienka Street, 5, known as the former Clinical Hospital of the Lviv Railway, is slated to be transferred to the management of the Ministry of Health to create a university hospital of the Lviv National Medical University at the end of 2023. The auction is scheduled for October 27 at 14:40.
