In Lviv, on Stryiska Street, near the territory of the former Lviv bus factory, a 15-story commercial and office complex with an aparthotel is planned to be built. This was announced during a meeting of the city's architectural and urban planning council.
The area where construction is planned is located at the intersection of Persenkivka Street and Stryiska Street, and covers an area of over one hectare. Currently, it is occupied by abandoned buildings from the former Lazu and an inactive railway track.
According to the project's lead architect, the site will house an office-hotel complex with commercial spaces on the ground floors. Public spaces are also planned, including a shopping gallery and a park bordering the adjacent development. The internal courtyard will be used exclusively by office employees and hotel guests.
The project involves a three-level underground parking lot with 900 spaces, which is planned to be expanded by acquiring a leased plot of land. Part of the parking spaces will be used as a transfer parking area for people who want to leave their cars near the city entrance and switch to public transportation. The project is commissioned by SMARTPROBUD LLC, whose ultimate beneficial owners are Oleksandr Kardash, a resident of Lviv, and Vasyl Fitel, a resident of the Yavoriv region.
