Lviv region: The property complex of the state-owned enterprise "Sirka" is being auctioned off for the third time — the price has been reduced by two times.
The State Property Fund October 9 announced that the sole property complex of the "Rozdilske Mining and Chemical Enterprise "Sirka"" in Lviv region has been put up for auction for the third time. The starting price is 6 338 225 UAH, which is twice lower than in the first auction. The auction is scheduled for October 14; the previous two attempts to sell the property failed due to a lack of buyers.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine October 9 is putting up for sale the only property complex of the "Rozdilske Mining and Chemical Enterprise "Sirka" for the third time. The starting price for the lot is 6 338 225 UAH, which is twice lower than the price in the first auction. The auction is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14.
The company was first put up for sale on September 24 with a starting price of 12 676 450 UAH, but the auction scheduled for September 28 did not take place. A second auction with a lower price also failed, as no one was interested in buying the company on either occasion.
The property complex includes 36 real estate and infrastructure objects with a total area of 19 830,2 square meters – administrative and residential buildings, production and workshops, warehouses, a cafeteria, and a fire station. The complex also includes three vehicles, manufactured between 1992 and 2011 years, and 110 registered land plots with a total area of 2 568,24 hectares. However, the land is not subject to sale: after acquiring the property, the buyer will resolve the land use issues independently, in accordance with the law.
The property is located in the Stryi district of Lviv region, in Novo Rozdol, within the Zhuravnenka community, and in the villages of Antoniwka and Dem'yanka-Nadzniestrian. The main activity of the company is the extraction of decorative and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk, and clay slate.
As of the end of June 2026 year, the company employed 12 workers, but since 2023 year, it has been operating at a loss. Debts as of June 30 2026 year exceed 171 million UAH, including over 47 million UAH, which is related to salaries. A condition of the sale is the repayment of debts from salaries and to the budget, amounting to the amount that will exist on the date of transfer of ownership of the complex; the buyer also cannot terminate employees on their own initiative or through an authorized body.
