In Lviv, at the intersection of Bohdan Hmelnytsky Street and Lypinsky Street, a 18-story complex with a height of approximately 60 meters is planned. The project was discussed at a meeting of the Lviv city council's executive committee on October 9. The building will include apartments, offices, commercial spaces, an underground parking lot, and a shelter covering 695 square meters. The final height must be approved by the State Aviation Service; otherwise, the developer will have to reduce the number of floors.
On Friday, October 9, the executive committee of the Lviv city council considered a project for a multi-purpose building with 18 floors on the intersection of Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street and Lypinsky Street – on a private plot on Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street, 231. The building could reach approximately 60 meters in height, but the final height has not yet been determined.
The project has been submitted for review by the State Aviation Service, which must approve the feasibility of constructing a building of that height. If approval is not received, the developer will need to reduce the number of floors and modify the architectural plans.
The complex includes apartments, offices, and commercial spaces, and on the underground level, there is a large parking area and a shelter with an area of 695 square meters, which will be available not only to residents of the new building. Although the land is privately owned, the developer has promised to keep the area open to the public: a city boulevard is planned near the complex, according to the main architect of Lviv, Anton Kolomeytsev.
The construction is planned by ТзОВ «Хмельницький-Інвест». According to the analytical portal YouControl, Natalia Kachmar and Zoryana Bula are its owners; Bula also owns ТзОВ «Рімарко» and co-owns ТзОВ «Дюплекс-Львів ЛТД». These two companies were involved in a lawsuit regarding unpaid contributions to the Lviv city budget: in June 2025, the Lviv Regional Economic Court ruled to recover more than 6,3 million UAH in contributions for the development of urban infrastructure after the construction of the Q-4 Quoroom Avenue residential complex on Shchereck Street and in the eighth Skynilivsky Lane.
